I am currently a Mobile Speak user but I have a feeling my ancient Nokia phone is very near death. Thinking of getting an Android phone. I understand there's a screne reader called Mobile Accessibility as well as a couple others. I'm looking to get a new phone...not something that doesn't exist anymore. Can anyone recommend anything? Looking to have complete access to the phone's functions and aps with the use of a screne reader and keyboard. Not looking for something that's just got a touch-screne.

First off, I need to know what carier your with, second off, I suggest you visit your carier's web sight and retail store to get a hands on of how the phone feels in your hand, because when your done with your purchase it will bee your phone for 2 years. Second off, I do not suggest you get a phone that has less then a 1 gig a hurts processor because you will see some lag and I can tell you its quite annoying. Lastly, I would get a micro SD card that you feel fits your needs as far as music, books, and if you like watching movies on because all of this content will fill a small SD card up quickly. So I hope this helps, sorry I can not give you names of a phone because I am not sure of the carier your with at this time. A T and T has the HTC status, Panttech cross over and not sure what else. VZ has the droid 3, I like that phone but its a little on the heavy side in my appinion but a nice phone. Sprent has the Evo shift but a friend from here so does not like it because they give you very little storage space internally to work with. T-mobile has these following phones: Samson Side kick, HTC my touch 4G slider, not to bee confused with my phone "my touch 4G" which is not a slider phone. They are getting new phones soon so check t-mobile's web sight for future phones. Oh, almost for got, the G2, its a older phone but still a great phone from T-mobile. Well going now hope this helps you in android land. PS, Mobile accessibility is a paid screenreader but its not necessary to have it. Its on my phone because it bridges the gap where HTC sense UI brakes some core apps like texting, its doable but a pain in my butt with out mobile accessibility.
